NOTICE OF DETERMINATION OF PRACTICABILITY AND COMFIRMATION OF SPECIAL ASSSEMENT

Notice is hereby given that the Lake Improvement Board for Charlick Lake held Public Hearings of Practicality and Assessment on August 27, 2026 and that it was determined by resolution, at the Hearing of Practicality that the proposed five -year program for Lake Improvement for Charlick Lake for years 2027 through 2031 is practicable and approves the program’s estimated 5-year budget of $159,850.00

Notice is also given of confirmation by resolution at the Hearing of Special Assessment of a five - year Special Assessment in the amount of $154,346.70 with an annual individual assessment of $532.23 per lot for years 2026 through 2030, for the purposes of implementing the Lake Improvement Program for Charlick Lake.   

This Notice of Determination and Confirmation of Special Assessment is published pursuant to the provisions of Act 451 of the Public Acts of 1994, as amended, Part 309
