𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Clarification Regarding Sheetz Gas Station Public Hearing
In response to false information circulating on social media and via text messages, we would like to clarify the details of the public hearing for the Sheetz Gas Station proposal.

The Highland Township Planning Commission held a public hearing on January 23, 2025, at 7:30 PM to discuss the Sheetz Gas Station proposal. In full compliance with state regulations, the hearing was advertised in the Milford Times on January 2, 2025, and mailers were sent to all adjacent properties within 300 feet of the proposed site at least 15 days before the hearing.

For your reference, the complete application packet that was presented during the public hearing is available on our website. This same packet will also be reviewed by the Board of Trustees at their meeting on Monday, February 3, 2025, at 6:30 PM where the public is welcome to attend.
