Highland Township Fire Department

The men and women of the Highland Township Fire Department serve selflessly to protect the public and property in our community. The Fire Department provides first response for fire and medical emergencies in Highland Township, and mutual aid for neighboring communities.

The Fire Department is headquartered out of Fire Station No. 1, on Livingston Road, south of the Township Offices. Two other stations are located on Clyde Road and Duck Lake Road.

We are proud of the training capabilities of our Fire Department, who provide training services for firefighters throughout Oakland County.

Operations of the Fire Department are supported by a directed operating millage, grants and user fees.
